Stephanie is Sullivan & Company's Client Services Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. In her role as client services coordinator, she manages the successful delivery of services and support to our clients. She oversees the creation and implementation of changes to ensure we continuously provide the type of service and experience our clients deserve and expect. Stephanie is responsible for the setup and maintenance of clients in our internal systems and client portal, and requests of information and documentation. She manages the daily activities of the office, coordinating workflow, mail, emails, and scheduling of appointments. Additionally, she is responsible for maintaining confidential information and records, and preparation of documents for both clients and the firm in anticipation of the upcoming tax season.

As an administrative assistant, she provides support to clients in the answering of general and frequently asked questions, and acts as a main point of contact for our clients and our team members. Due to her drive and passion, she is now responsible for training our administrative team members on the Sullivan & Company policies and expectations. She also assists the marketing department in the design of newsletters, emails, and website maintenance.
